Life can be challenging in so many different ways, and my goal is to walk alongside you through this wild ride. I have a passion for working with individuals who want to better themselves as a whole. This could be anxiety, depression, trauma experiences, or everyday life struggles that have become hard to handle alone. I meet individuals where they are in life, while providing support, empathy, and clinical guidance. I offer support for clients struggling with self-worth, anxiety, trauma, depression, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe and invited to be yourself. I work with children as young as 8, teens, and adults. I do offer Brainspotting within sessions as well.
