I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) meaning that you will have the comfort of working with someone who is aware of the potential medical, nutritional, and mental/emotional pitfalls that are typical in individuals struggling with disordered eating. I also have extensive experience in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm/self-destructive behaviors, trauma, borderline personality disorder, harmful relationships and body image disturbance. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and practice neurodivergent affirming care.
