I am a New York State licensed clinical social worker with a decade of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, and many of the challenges that can make life feel heavy or uncertain. My approach is eclectic and grounded in compassion. I work to create a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, understand what you are feeling, and explore the changes you want for yourself. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are and guiding you with care, intention, and steady support. Whether you are feeling stuck, hopeful for change, or unsure about where to begin, therapy can be a powerful place to start. I specialize in perinatal mental health and have completed professional training through Postpartum Support International. I work with women, men, nonbinary individuals, and families as they move through their perinatal journey including family planning, fertility struggles, pregnancy, birth, loss, postpartum adjustment, parenting & major family transitions.
