Hi! My name is Danielle. Reaching out for support exhibits strength and resilience. Through difficult situations, supporting individuals facing mental health challenges has always been a passion of mine. I would describe my therapeutic approach as anti-oppressive, trauma-informed and family family-focused. I provide a supportive, safe, and nonjudgmental space that is conducive to enhancing self-awareness and self-compassion.
