I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDR-trained therapist who believes healing doesn’t always have to happen sitting still. I offer therapy in two ways — traditional sessions in my offices in Bloomington and Clinton, and movement-based therapy at CrossFit Influence in Wapella, where we bring the body into the healing process. I’m also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, and I love helping teens and young adults reconnect with themselves through mindful movement, strength, and self-compassion. Whether you’re looking for traditional therapy or a different kind of space to heal, I’ll meet you where you are — in the office or in motion.
