I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. I have extensive experience working with teens, young adults, adults, couples and families at both the outpatient and residential level of care and have a special interest and experience in treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, suicidality, self-harm, emotion dysregulation and trauma. I have specialized training in eating disorders, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and TF-CB T. I also use elements of attachment theory and work to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe to explore thoughts, concerns, behaviors and feelings that are causing distress.
