Hello and welcome! Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve never tried it before, or have had challenging experiences with it in the past. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck or overwhelmed. You don’t need to have everything, or anything, figured out to begin. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in eating disorders/ disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, relationship challenges, OCD, ADHD, and self-esteem. My approach is person centered, compassionate, and practical. We can focus on building skills, and, most importantly, helping you feel more like yourself.
