Looking into therapy can be scary. Talking about the thing(s) that bring you to therapy can be even scarier. It’s my goal to make therapy the tiniest amount of scary possible. The things you’ve been through, the experiences you’ve had, have brought you to where you are today. Maybe you’re not happy with where you are today- that’s OK! Maybe you don't know where, or who, you want to be- yet- and that's OK too! You're here, looking at this page right now because you want things to change and you know what? That's really fucking brave. Go you! I work almost exclusively with childhood trauma and the consequences of it. Therapy is about growth and moving toward the most healed version of yourself. The best part is: you decide what that looks like! It’s my job to help guide you in that direction. We'll work through what you're struggling with together to help you struggle less!
