About
I work best with clients who are motivated and engaged in their own growth. People often come to me feeling stuck in a repetitive cycle or a deep morass, and we work together to forge a way forward. I especially enjoy working with people who experience moral injury or distress as a result of their work—often people involved in medicine or criminal justice. It can feel very difficult just to be a person in the world, and you don't have to do it alone. I offer support and insight as needed, and enjoy tackling thorny, difficult problems together. Training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy taught me to help identify hidden causes and cycles, and the insight of Internal Family Systems can help clients understand their own impulsive or compulsive responses.
