Life can feel overwhelming, especially when it doesn’t slow down as you’re navigating anxiety, grief (including pet loss and anticipatory loss), trauma, ADHD-related challenges, or major life transitions. I work well with individuals who feel stuck in patterns, emotionally exhausted, or seeking deeper self-understanding and relief. As a relational therapist, I believe no one moves through life unscathed. I offer a supportive, collaborative space to explore how experiences and relationships shape you while building insight, coping tools, and meaningful, sustainable change.
