You might be feeling burned out, anxious, or overwhelmed — like something in your life just isn’t aligning the way it used to. Therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. I work with individuals who want to better understand what’s contributing to stress, burnout, or patterns that feel hard to change. Together, we’ll build insight, self-awareness, and practical tools to help you create more balance and fulfillment in your life. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and CPT, as well as psychodynamic and relational perspectives, to create an integrative plan that fits your unique needs. I also conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for concerns related to personality/mood differences and neurodivergence, such as ADHD and ASD.
