Hello there and welcome! I am a body affirming, sex affirming, culture, diversity, belief-system, LGBTQ+, you-affirming therapist. It is my goal to really see you and understand everything that goes into where you are right now in life. I use my personal experience as a person who feels things (no robot therapist here) and has experienced trauma to help us both understand you. I believe shaming you won’t get you where you are going - only empathy and understanding. Though if you are looking for a perfect therapist, I might not be the therapist for you. I make mistakes - I have locked myself out of the office before a session.
