Every client is unique and, thus, deserves a unique approach. I enjoy helping each patient identify their individual challenges and develop a plan that meets them where they are. I believe meeting each client where they are in their lives is vital to effective therapy and change. I use various approaches, including CBT, solution-focused, and strength-based therapies. I also enjoy family systems therapy to help families restore and develop healthy relationships.
