We all need someone to feel safe sharing our emotions and feelings with. Do you have someone you feel safe and comfortable with? We all need someone to understand us and give us tools and skills when we feel overwhelmed. I want my clients to be able to explore their vulnerabilities, stressors, & make positive & organic changes to their lives. Everything needs to be taken day by day & slowly. Nothing can be changed over night, but together we can work on it. I see many people of all walks of life and enjoy the therapy world!
