You may be feeling stuck in painful patterns, wanting change but not knowing where to begin. I specialize in struggles with self-worth, depression, anxiety and disordered eating. Working together, we aim first, to make life more bearable and then, importantly, to understand the roots of these concerns. I am most helpful to those who are curious about the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that lay underneath their symptoms and struggles.
