If pregnancy or postpartum have you feeling heavier than you expected, I thrive to help you feel steadier, heard and supported. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, identity shifts, or unresolved trauma that becomes more present during pregnancy or after birth. Therapy with me is a space where we go at your pace and focus on what will truly support your wellbeing. In person session in Oklahoma include Penelope my therapy dog. I specialize in perinatal and postpartum including pregnancy-related anxiety, postpartum depression and birth trauma, pregnancy loss, and adjustment to parenthood. I also work with individuals processing relationship changes, career shifts, relocation, or identity exploration. As a mother myself I get the struggles and importance to have a safe place to talk
