My practice is rooted in curiosity and respect for the simultaneous presence of pattern and individual difference at play in your life. Together we explore your unique ways of making meaning while paying attention to dreams, to how stories and feelings live in your body, and to the parts of you who are conflicted, out of reach, or most often go unseen. Our work welcomes complexity, ambiguity, and the symptomatic as pathways to insight and connection. I thoughtfully utilize EMDR along with depth psychology, attachment theory, and somatic modalities to address overwhelming, stuck, and missing experience. Gently, we explore unconscious patterns and integrate disconnected material. I'm attentive to how past experience shapes your sense of self and world, and attune to your pace and capacity in the moment.
