As if that weren't already too much- relationships, work, school, family dynamics, systemic oppression, and past traumas can make everything feel that much more difficult. Therapy can be a space to process and reflect on these challenges while creating opportunities for growth and acceptance. Why navigate all of this alone when we can explore them together? As a queer trans man, I value working with other LGBTQ+ people, trying my best to foster a space where you can feel affirmed and seen.
