I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC) with in-depth experience in crisis management, individual, family, and group therapy. I am trained in Trauma- Focused CBT and EMDR both evidenced based practices that have been shown to be highly effective in treating trauma. With intensive training in Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness based interventions, I effectively treat mood instability, behavioral issues, trauma, anxiety, and managing difficult life transitions.
