My goal is to help increase your insight, enhance your relationships, and build on your strengths, while helping you develop tangible skills and strategies to live your life to its fullest. I specialize in individual adult psychotherapy, including depression, anxiety, dating, and relationships. My style is warm and nonjudgmental. I practice with an integrative approach, drawing on cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and mindfulness-based therapy.
