Many of the people who find their way to me are exhausted from performing, masking or living by timelines that were never designed with them in mind. They’re not looking for quick fixes, but seeking depth, truth, and a way back to themselves. Therapy with me is a space to pause, orient inward, and rebuild trust with your body, your intuition, and your inner knowing. I support teens, adults and couples navigating burnout, identity shifts, relational stress, and trauma rooted in systemic harm. My work often resonates with artists, caregivers, healers, and folks exploring queerness, polyamory and spiritual growth.
