Therapy works. Emotional relief is possible. Changing your life is possible. It takes hard work, dedication, and support from someone who really cares. That's what I offer. I believe that in looking at how we relate to others and ourselves both now and throughout our lives up until this point, we can come to a greater understanding of ourselves and therefore can change. I cater my approach to the individual, couple, family, or group as I get to know you and your needs. When appropriate, I also use dream analysis, meditation, play therapy, and art therapy.
