I will be here as a source of truth, hope, and support, while witnessing the full spectrum of your journey. Your circumstances may stem from stress, relationships, substance use, trauma, anxiety or depression; it is my belief that all systems have strengths and I am committed to helping identify goals and values; to assist you in determining the tools and skills needed to reach those goals.
