About
I work with many that think deeply, feel intensely, and have learned early that those qualities needed managing to belong. You might appear outwardly steady and insightful, while privately carrying loneliness, grief, anxiety, or relational patterns that feel stuck. Many people I work with have histories of trauma or chronic misattunement, and learned early to caretake, self-silence, or to stay vigilant. You want more than quick fixes; you want to understand why your patterns once made sense, feel more at home in your body, and build relationships that feel mutual rather than performative. I offer depth-oriented and body-aware therapy, with space for spirituality, intuition, and larger questions of meaning. I also practice sex-centered therapy, rooted in the belief that pleasure is a meaningful and restorative force. Together we'll learn how old patterns linger, and open space for new ways of relating to yourself and others.
