I believe therapy is built on genuine connection. I strive to show up as an authentic, supportive presence, creating a space where you can feel safe enough to be yourself without fear of judgment. I recognize the courage it takes to open up, especially when emotions feel overwhelming or hard to put into words, and I deeply respect the trust you place in me when you share your story. I support children, adolescents, and emerging adults experiencing anxiety, depressive symptoms, emotional overwhelm, and stress related to life transitions. My approach is person-centered, DBT-informed, and CBT-based, meaning therapy is tailored to each client’s needs.
