When life is "lifing" it can feel lonely, and hard to cope with the stressors that are overwhelming. You are not alone. There is hope and healing for any challenges that may come your way. It may be hard to talk and express feelings, yet there is room to find that safe space to find your sense of power and strength, heal and improve your quality of life. As a Christian therapist, I believe that there is a solution to all problems.
