I have experience working with adolescents (15 and up), men, women, singles, couples, parenting, homeless, and families of all races, ethnicities, and marginalized populations. My passion is for those that have experienced trauma. I also work with client’s addressing issues including, but not limited to, relationship stressors, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, and life transitions such as loss, death, and career change. My approach seeks to help facilitate increased self-awareness, resilience, encourage emotional growth, and enhance relationships with one's self and with others and healing wounded parts.
