I am a current Pre-Licensed Psychotherapist. I provide a safe welcoming space for all adults to explore, express and deepen their understanding of who they are and what it means to be their authentic self. I understand the parallels of intersectionality and the confides of navigating the world when all feels lost. I offer a holistic approach to therapy with techniques such as guided imagery, mindfulness, humor, empathy to help you connect deeper with yourself. For me therapy is about building a relationship with others to help you understand yourself on a deeper level.
