You’re not broken. You make sense. So many of the things we struggle with—anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, relationship patterns that feel stuck—are actually old survival strategies. They were brilliant adaptations to earlier circumstances, but they may no longer serve you. In therapy, we work with compassion and curiosity to understand these patterns, not pathologize them. I help people heal from the inside out by restoring connection: to themselves, to others, and to the natural world. I believe healing happens in the context of safe, attuned relationships. You don’t have to do this alone—nor were you meant to.
