I practice psychodynamically because I believe in the value of learning the root causes of symptoms, struggles and problems. It is particularly helpful to those who are reflective, introspective and who seek deeper meaning in life. Psychodynamic therapy is a classic approach to therapy that recognizes the whole person and seeks to address the underlying causes of mental health problems so that sustainable personal growth can commence as one becomes more integrated.
