Hi, my name is Darbi! I am someone who cares deeply about humanity and treating all people with dignity. My focus is on creating a welcoming environment where you can dig into who you are with a sense of curiosity and self-kindness. I’m all about holding space for every part of your identity, especially in exploration. I’m mindful of how past experiences and systems of oppression might shape your journey, and I take a trauma-informed approach. I believe that healing past hurts can start when we feel accepted and affirmed, which is the environment I strive to create in the therapist room.
