I specialize in eating disorder treatment and performance psychology, working with athletes, performers, and high-achieving individuals. For sports and performance work, I am working under the supervision of a CMPC to provide mental skills training. I support recovery from anorexia, ARFID, and restrictive or avoidant eating, as well as performance anxiety, burnout, and body image concerns. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, and relational. I work with clients to build sustainable relationships with food, body, and performance by recognizing strengths and using realistic tools.
