Are you someone that is always on the go, feeling burnt out, stressed and anxious. Do you find yourself usually in the role of the peace keeper or people pleasing? Do you have really high standards and expectations for yourself and often feel like you aren’t meeting those expectations? I am passionate about working with individuals with chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, constant worries and fears. My clients are often people pleasers, caregivers, helpers, perfectionists and sensitive individuals who want to improve how they feel but are stuck or unsure how to make the changes. With that we work on building confidence and compassion to be kinder to ourselves and learning to manage the discomfort of potential rejection, disappointment or upset.
