I am here to support you and help you maintain a healthy lifestyle, both physically and emotionally. I have practiced social work using a variety of treatment techniques and interventions. I have experience in working with teens and adults struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and family conflict. I have worked in public education and outplacement treatment for over 20 years. I will take the time to get to know your individual needs and help "you" develop personal goals for treatment. I will help individuals build self esteem and strengths, and empower individuals to advocate and take control of one's life.
