My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients to share, grow, safely express themselves and develop their own solutions. I work with individuals, families, adolescents, and children who are experiencing various challenges including: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, and struggles related to past trauma.
