Hello! I am so excited to work with you on your treatment goals. I received my BS & MS of Social Work degrees from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where I studied and practiced trauma-informed care, person-centered treatment approaches and solution-focused therapies. I also have experience using Motivational interviewing, crisis stabilization and intervention, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and emotion regulation practices.
