About
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has been in the field for approximately 20 years, and 14 of those years licensed. I obtained my Master's of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University in Massachusetts in 2005. I have worked in a variety of settings throughout the years, including inpatient, residential, and outpatient agencies. My most recent work is being a Counselor in a local middle school. In the first session, I spend some time asking a lot of questions to get to know what symptoms you are experiencing. I also like to get to know you on a personal level, so taking time to ask questions about who you are outside of your symptoms is important to me.
