Hello! My name is Daren Casagrande and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT92438) who primarily treats depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma issues using IFS, TEAM-CBT, DBT, and Coherence Therapy. I am most comfortable treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, or trauma issues. Many people see themselves as people-pleasers or who have low self-esteem, who have trouble setting boundaries or treating themselves as equals. They're great at figuring out what other people need but struggle to identify what they want/feel/need.
