Many people come to me when they feel a real need for things to change: stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by conflict, facing an existential crisis, or disconnected from themselves or the people they love. I work well with individuals, couples, and families who want clarity, honest conversations, and are willing to grow because they sense the freedom on the other side is worth it. I’m especially drawn to those who’ve “tried everything,” been labeled “difficult,” or hit rock bottom, yet still feel unheard or caught in cycles they can’t shift on their own.
