Heylo! I’m Darese Winston, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have provided mental health services for over 10 years and provided therapy the past 5 years for individual adults, couples, families, and children. I am especially passionate about helping women heal, rebuild, and grow. I specialize in helping women overcome and navigate life’s challenges—including trauma, life transitions, emotional pain, domestic violence, relationship struggles, and grief and loss. I lead with empathy, insight and a strong belief in each person's capacity to heal and grow resulting in measurable progress.
