Over the years, I've acquired extensive experience working with adults of all ages; those trying to cope with major life events (including grieving and loss), marital/relationship problems at any age, young adults, aged 18-25, negotiating the transition to adulthood, as well as high school students struggling with self esteem and social problems. I have a background in substance abuse as well. My approach is eclectic informed by psychodynamics and object relations theory, with some cognitive skill training, including DBT, where indicated.
