Whether you're exploring your identity, recovering from trauma, or simply looking for support, my priority is to help you develop long-lasting, effective skills to get you there. Your existing strengths, resilience, and creativity are the most effective tools you have, and I want to help you access them to build an plan for lifelong results you can feel proud of! I also offer neurodivergent-affirming adult ADHD diagnostic testing. I work primarily with trans/gender-expansive and LGBTQIA+ individuals, and have extensive experience in sexual violence/assault survivor support. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a 6-24 session trauma recovery technique, as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to support healthy habits and improve your quality of life.
