Welcome! My name is Dariah, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 2 years of licensed clinical experience. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2015 and my Master’s degree in Counseling in 2017. My clinical focus includes grief/loss, depression, and anxiety. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and psychoanalytic techniques, and Motivational Interviewing. This allows me to tailor treatment to your unique needs while addressing both present concerns and underlying patterns. My goal is to support insight, growth, and sustainable change.
