I specialize in supporting people of all ages, from youth as young as 10 to older adults, in processing and healing from difficult experiences. I believe therapy works best when it’s a partnership, and I show up with authenticity, compassion, and respect for your unique journey. My approach is eclectic, drawing on a variety of evidence-based tools, with a foundation in a client-centered philosophy. I adapt each session to meet you where you are, at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
