In my therapeutic work, I draw from behavioral and insight-oriented approaches to create a unique healing path for each person. As a born and bred New Yorker (yes, I will give you all my go-to best eating spots), I know how stressful life can be. Together, I will work with you to identify and change patterns that may be getting in the way of you living the life you deserve. For me, it is a privilege to get to bear witness to the healing that can happen with therapy. I work with adults, children, and adolescents. I provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling. I have several years of experience working to promote healing and creating movement for my clients. No one wants to feel like they are "stuck"; together we will work to "unstuck.
