Thank you for visiting my profile. I feel honored whenever people allow me into their lives—especially when they don’t know me. As a therapist, my primary areas of focus are trauma, addictions, anxiety and relationships. I've created a unique, multi-disciplinary approach that addresses issues in two or more of these areas simultaneously using evidence-based, cutting-edge modalities such as IFS (Internal Family Systems), Brainspotting (for trauma and anxiety) and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) for relationship challenges.
