As a descendant of Mexican immigrant parents and as a queer, first-generation, bilingual therapist, my approach to mental healthcare seeks to meet you where you are—tailoring therapeutic interventions to address the intersectional struggles of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ emerging adults navigating complex trauma, mood dysregulation and anxiety challenges, identity exploration, and the weight of life transitions, instability, and burnout. I believe therapy can be an expansive and fluid space: a place to pause, feel, and reconnect to your own wisdom and capacity for change, even in systems that too often demand we fragment or erase who we are.
