Hi! I'm Darla, and I am glad that we are going to embark on this journey together. It's important to feel connected to your therapist. I believe that sometimes we are all in need of additional support and assistance to navigate through difficult life situations that may seem overwhelming and debilitating. I am here to assist you and respectfully walk beside you while also honoring your autonomy. I participate in AAT- Animal Assisted Therapy. I have 4 bengal therapy cats that come in on rotation. They are great for regulating the nervous system. View 6 Photos I use EMDR & my 4 therapy cats to assist those in need of regulating their nervous systems. EMDR causes extraordinary changes in individuals' lives. This can be effective for adverse life events, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, recurring memories, and addiction. I also offer intensive sessions.
