What if I were to tell you that you already hold the keys. YOU have the answers within your SELF. Each one of us does. We all possess, at our very core, a centered SELF filled with courage, compassion, curiosity, and other positive qualities. When we allow this SELF to lead, it has the ability to heal our wounds and create a harmonious, balanced state of wholeness. It is my goal as a therapist to walk with my clients as they journey forward towards SELF discovery.
