Everyday we make choices in our lives. The choices we make, whether positive or negative, affects our emotions. I recognize it is natural for individuals to develop habits of feelings, attitudes and assumptions due to past experiences. I work with people to help them learn to make different choices to live more in the moment with less fears and anxieties about the future. My desire is for people to find their way to become their authentic selves.
